This beautiful portrait series celebrates the role of artists/arts workers in society, inspired by pandemic-era debates on what constitutes “essential” work. The exhibition challenges perceptions of art’s value. The series features prominent Australian figures such as Leanne Benjamin AM OBE, Carl Vine AO, Claudia Karvan OAM, Nathalie Morris and Declan Kelly to name a few.
